In Afghanistan, medics working with NATO Special Operations Forces (SOF) have been taking an advanced training course, using a human mannequin that pumps fake blood. SOF troops deploy in very small numbers, which means their medics need to be more skilled than conventional combat medics.

The spot is about Alex, who wakes up every morning and gets a totally different body. One day he is a young girl, other day he is a senior. Confusing. For years Germany is known for its quality in engineer department. Usually it is all about big and heavy machinery. The spot features a filmmaker, who dreams about the technology, which would enable to depict the smallest details on film. The creatives have pulled off this beautiful and surreal spot, which is filled with fantastic scenes. Director Garth Davis said: “The sea connects to our inner world and can be deeply emotional and surreal. I also love how the imagination can be so random, and the connection in the scenes are somewhat there but not understood. … I looked back for inspiration at Salvador Dali, J.M.W. Then the camera depicts how the clothes are being washed in her household: in a living room her family has opened a very bizarre laundry service.
